Team Support: Second in line to Country Manager, Assist in supervising and motivating team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges and find solutions to improve processes and productivity.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience: 5 yrs + Previous experience in a related role, such as a supervisor or team lead, is often required.
