  • Team Support: Second in line to Country Manager, assist in supervising and motivating team
  • members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with
  • company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries,
  • concerns and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock and assist with ordering and restocking
  • as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to team members to
  • enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, including monitoring expenses
  • and revenue.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges and find solutions to improve
  • processes and productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to higher management on key performance metrics and
  • operational trends.
  • Work closely with the Operations Head to understand requirements and translate them into actionable
  • recommendations and project plans.
  • Responsible for analyzing data, identifying business trends, and providing insights that enable informed
  • decision-making.
  • Bridging the gap between business needs and organizational technology solutions.
  • Assist Head of Operations in Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.

- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs.


• Assist Head of Operations in Data Analysis:

- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Use statistical and analytical tools to extract meaningful information.


• Assist Head of Operations in Process Mapping:

- Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Create process flowcharts and diagrams to visualize workflows.


• Assist Head of Operations in Solution Design:

- Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.

- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.


• Assist Head of Operations in Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

- Make recommendations for business process enhancements.


• Stakeholder Communication:

- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.  


Qualifications:

 - Any graduate or Postgraduate with certification in Data Management, MIS or a related field with 2-3 years

of experience in relevant field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
