As an Assistant Manager/Sr. Trainer of Learning and Development, he/she will be responsible to deliver training sessions to upskill employees. He/she will report to the Manager –Learning and Development and will be responsible for delivering and managing training programs for all business verticals across organization.

 

Primary Responsibility

  • Create and deliver end-user partner and distributor training which includes curriculum, training and exams for all general courses and enterprise endorsement.
  • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirement as identified by business.
  • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
  • Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization
  • Adapt and revise programs as necessary for them to adapt the changes in the work environment.
  • Monitor and review trainees with help of questionnaire and discuss with their managers.
  • Identifies training needs post new-hire orientation and develop and deliver tailor made training programs.
  • Develop content for different training program and works on execution.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
  • Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees.
  • Identify areas for improving individual and team performance
  • Identify skills gaps and fill them
  • Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials
  • Serve as the lead writer/editor on all key corporate communications 
  • Coordinate, scheduling and delivering training program  
  • Prepare letterheads for different countries in coordination with Legal team. 
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management 

 

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years’ total experience. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

Mandatory Skills: 

  • Must be able to multitask 
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instructions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Command over English language – spoken & written 
  • Must have delivered Customer service and sales training
  • Strategic and creative mindset. 

Candidate must have:


  • Prior Training experience
  • Must understand basic terminology of Training
  • Should have delivered ILT/vILT sessions
  • Should be able to develop Content
  • Should be able to deliver behavioural training’s as well
